Our Story

Graphiculture’s ethos is the empowerment of women (all senior positions are female breadwinners) and, through continuous skills development and learning opportunities, the spirit of entrepreneurship of these women are encouraged.

Prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to concerted efforts to balance work life and home life as well as sharing more of one’s personal life, Graphiculture has become more engaged and inspired by a newfound authenticity.

Erica Volini, the Senior Vice-President of Partner Go-to-Market Operations at ServiceNow, defines intimacy as “a harmonious, engaging and familiar relationship. It is a relationship in which a joint mission and mutual trust and understanding lead to objectives, interest and strategies that align”.

Building intimacy in business is ultimately no different than building intimacy in our personal lives. Engagement leads to familiarity and familiarity to trust, understanding and intimacy. That is how we, at Graphiculture, enter into collaborative and intimate partnerships with our clients to create solutions and to tell the holistic story of our client’s journey, thereby engaging meaningfully with all stakeholders.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to build relationships based on collaboration and intimate partnerships while always remaining relevant and staying abreast of changes in the regulatory environment.

OUR PROMISE

Graphiculture is an extension of each one of our clients. We lighten the burden of reporting and gathering information. We are indispensable to our clients through our intimate, collaborative partnerships with them. We make their business our business – their loss is our loss, their success is our success – to us, it is personal.

Graphiculture is a dynamic team of ladies, led by an energised and super-efficient Managing Director, Irene Botha.

The team can be trusted without a grain of doubt.

- Happy client since 2006 (working with the team)

By my calculation, I have completed six Integrated Annual Reports and as many sets of Annual Financial Statements and Interim Results with Graphiculture. Graphiculture acts as an external/outsourced Project Manager for the completion of these documents and has proven expertise in this sphere. The team is fully versed in the requirements of the Companies Act, JSE Listings Requirements, King IV and the latest sustainability reporting trends to ensure compliance, relevance, completeness and correctness of content. As an independent reviewer, Graphiculture clarifies the questions which the external reader is likely to raise/identify as conflicting assertions and acts as a specialist advisor to their clients on these matters.

The team works all hours to meet deadlines and always ensures quick turnaround times with zero defect.

- Happy client since 2017
